  1. Shipping:

We operate globally and have partnered with different warehouse facilities to stock our products. If the stock is available in your local area warehouse then you will be charged according to the local applied rates for shipping (whatever your local rate would be). If the warehouse is not located in your local area or city then you will be charged a standard rate of shipping which are as following:

  1. $4.95 for Standard Shipping
  2. $19.95 for Priority shipping.

If your order is above $40 we give you a Free Shipping option at checkout. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for any details.

  1. Refund:

In case of refund, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer alone and is non-refundable, however the company will only refund the remaining price you paid if you wanted a refund instead of any exchange (Return Policy Para (B)) with another product i.e.

Product Price - Return shipping cost = Refund amount

 

  1. Defective or different product received other than the original ordered:

In case you receive a defective or a different product and the same is company’s fault then the customer will not be liable to pay any shipment cost due to our error. However the refund is not possible in that case and only exchange is possible. Please refer to the Return Policy Para (I) for complete details.

  1. Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information:

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
